Future opportunities for our rangitahi to secure long term employment and our employers to have ready access to a skilled local workforce have been significantly increased due to new He Poutama Rangatahi (MBIE) funding.  This funding will enable expansion of our pre-employment services to reach more young people who are “not in education, employment or training” (NEET).     

Achieving the goals of the programme will require visionary leadership, commitment and cohesive community teamwork. We are seeking applications from experienced, highly competent people to join the Taupo Pathways team to ensure all our young people achieve their potential for meaningful lives.
